Over at People.com, they are currently running a feature about how celebrity’s are too thin… Well most of them are anyways. So they are polling the audience asking whether or not they looked better with weight or without any at all…

The reason I really wanted to touch on this subject is because I’m a girl in the same age range of the girls that are featured and I must say while there is pressure to look thin. The underlying question is do celebs take it too far?

My take on the whole situation is that yeah most of em are too thin and it might look creepy to most people, but jumping to a conclusion as to how they got that thin, is what keeps me in their corners no matter what… I know from personal experience that you do not have to have a eating disorder or do drugs to lose a mass amount of weight… Like Nicole Richie has stated stress could be a bigger factor for losing weight more than anything else..Lack of sleep, work schedules and so much more could also result in weight loss. I’m not saying it’s ok to look like any of these girls but no matter what size they are people are going to talk…

Photoshop is also one of the big players in most of these pictures that we see.. So my question for the constant complainers is when did society decide that it was more of a crime to be too skinny than too fat… I guess I’ll never really know, but as long as these girls are happy with themselves and still able to walk around even if they like bones… Thats personal choice…


What do you Guys think? Should we be focused on others things today, besides how skinny Nicole, Kate, and Beyonce has gotten?
