Last week on season finale of Work Out..
The trainers dealt with the shocking news of Doug’s death.. Very Very sad moment.. The season wrap up makes me itching waiting for the show to return.. The Clients all did so well with losing weight and looking beautiful along the way…
Tonight on Bravo, The Work Out Trainers come together for a reunion special… Things are bound to get a little tense.. Full Review to come…

I cried, I laughed.. and Hell I just Loved..The Finale wrapped up the show for the season… Good Good Good.. WorkOut better come back for season 3.

Andre
Is a total hottie..He’s sorta quiet, but he’s still cute as hell.. He can’t get any play with the girls because Jackie steals em all first.. Poor thing.. Andre call me babe..
Brian
Is my man.. I just love the southern accent he has going… I also love his signature line..”These are the hands of Michael Angelo…” He’s a great guy..I love that he butts heads with Jackie all the time, it just means they will actually have a stronger bond in time…
Erika I love her she’s the calm, quiet one.. She cares about people and you can actually see it.. She’d be my pick for a personal trainer.. I love em all but I like her calmness..
Zen
I love her because she’s the big personality of the group.. She’s nice also..She reminds me of myself.. cause she’s funny.. She looks 12 also.. so I won’t tell you her real age.. Keeping that a secret…
You gotta love him.. He says what you want to hear.. I love Jesse because even though he bitches alot..He apologizes at some point.. I hope that Rebecca doesn’t ruin his and Jackie’s friendship..But if it does I think he’d be partly to blame..
Gregg
He is just a beauty… I love him alot.. He’s a sweetie.. I wish that he and Zen would get back together.. Cute little couple.. He has alot of maturing to do.. But he’s still a great guy… His music is also very very good…
Ok she is the girl you want to hate but just can’t.. She is now at the top of Jackie’s favorite list since they share something that no one else at the SkySportsSpa share with each other.. AKA a bed!!! She’s a little fiesty woman who is tad bit crazy…But like I said you can’t hate her.. I’ve tried but she’s one of my faves…
Doug
I love this guy because he comes off as a great great guy… He treats his clients like they are his dear friends and he’s very graceful.. I would have loved to have someone like Doug in my life in this life time… May he Rest in Peace… Loves ya Doug….

This week show.. Just proved why in the hell I like the show as a whole… I mean it was the best TV I have seen all damn year.. I mean that… On to the show…. It started out with Jackie deciding to go back home to clear some things up with her mother.. and patch up their relationship… I loved Jackie and her mother for doing a good job doing so…
Before she left her baby(SkySports) behind.. She pulled aside the one person that I also thought would be a great leader.. Mr. Peeler himself… To be in charge while she was away.. But little Miss Rebecca didn’t see it that way.. she thought Jackie would leave it to her.. Before I even think to jump on her for that…or say anymore about that.. I honestly think that Rebecca likes Jackie and Jackie likes her and seeing that part in the show gave me doubts but.. Hey Jakie is a grown ass woman.. and Rebecca did smooth things over in her little blog about her motives about that…
So moving on..
Jackie heads home to Ohio… and It’s so weird cause I too can’t wait to get out of my hometown and take on the world in California.. but like Jackie I think I’m only going to miss the place when I come back to it…
To see that her mother was proud of her and was able to express that to her was good to see because it allowed Jackie to feel like she has done something right in her life…
I cried my eyes out when I heard the news of Doug and when Jackie went to visit her father’s grave.. My heart went out to all those guys in those moments.. Cause Doug was a great guy and I’m sure Jackie’s father was also..
So next week is the Season Finale.. I don’t understand why we only get 7 eppys in a season.. but no complaints.. I really really do hope that the show returns soon cause I have fallen in love with the show because each and every person on that show reflects a little of the person I hope to be one day… And I mean damn they are fit people.. living in California… I could care less about any of their sexualities.. because I don’t judge people based on their lifestyle.. I admire people based on their aspirations and they all have great ones. So Jackie Warner, Rebecca Cardon, Jesse Brune,Andre, Brian Peeler, Erika Jacobson, Zen Gray, and Gregg Butler.. We will be fighting to see you guys return soon to BRAVO.. thanks for sharing the good times and especially the sad ones…..

It’s late but it’s here..
This week’s Episode of “Workout” was the overall best one yet. The trainers and their skylab clients were able to bond and get to know one another.. Sad stories.. and the people behind them all are very strong people. I love those people for wanting to do something to better themselves as people in a healthy way and I’m happier to see that the trainers are there to help em out.
This was Erika’s episode.. I’ve thought from day one that she looked just like Angelina Jolie..I think it’s the strong face like Jolie that brings out the look. She is cool person and it’s good to see she was able to get her own airtime.. She knows her shit and knows it very well. I love how she treated her client.. That’s the way to do it girl.
I love Jesse in this eppy also.. Made them all look like a little family as a whole. He told Rebecca he was sorry calling her a slut last week which was sweet of him…
Then on to Jackie and her clothing line.. I laughed my ass off but felt bad at the same time.. Jackie is a pro under pressure.. I guess thats why she’s so successful…
Next week is going to be hard.. but can’t wait to watch..
This was probably overall one of the best shows I’ve seen thus far this season. It started out with Jackie contacting her Sky Lab clients and slowly finding out that the participants and the trainers hadn’t been doing their jobs. 
Which further pushes Jackie to making sure the job is being done even if she has to do it herself. After grilling the trainers on what needs to be done, Jackie takes this trainers on retreat to Lake Arrowhead, where things get a little tense between Rebecca and Jesse. Jesse bitches about how he thinks Rebecca is a slut, prompting her to throw water in his face..
It was out of place for em to call her a slut.. (Jackie has a tendency to go after girls who likes to throw shit). Jackie comes to the table and all is settled, well at least it seems what way… Then the trainers and their Sky Lab clients meet with a therapist and talk about their past and why they are living life they are.. Very Very touching moment.. Loves it..
Most off the wall Statement:
Leave it up to Rebecca to make the off the wall statements… I love her though cause it’s always funny.

So since the show has become one of my new faves every week I will review it…
I did have the chance to go back and watch some old eppys before I jumped in head first over this show and I must say I loves it alot..
It’s just an overall good ass show.. It’s about this team of 7 trainers who work at this cool ass gym in The Hills and they are good as hell at what they do.. But then we get to see the personal lives of these people… Interesting I must say.. I’ve never heard of Jackie Warner before the show… But she’s something else I must say..

Episode 4
What can I really say about this besides the fact that Jackie is a true pimp… ha ha ha.. It’s so funny to see that she is able to have a relationship with 2 people at one time and totally get away with it.. Only Jackie can do it.. ha ha I’m going out next weekend myself and pick up me 2 guys, hell we all gotta be players one day.. It’s so weird because I actually think that Rebecca and Jackie make a cute couple but hey who knows.. The overall show was sad because I just kept on thinking about Doug who is also a trainer at SkySportsSpa… Just his overall vibe in the episode talking about he had no family and how is parents never made it to this age.. which was only 44.. only to find out that Doug passed away in Nov. of last year. If you have yet to see this show I must say it’s something for everyone.. Check it out.. Peeps… Updated weekly…
